Lavish Beauty RN provides aesthetic treatments performed by a licensed registered nurse. Content on this website is for general information and is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan. Appointments and payment
Prices shown on this website are subject to change. Deposits, cancellation windows, and no-show policies are explained when you book. Payment is due at the time of service unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
SMS text messaging program
Program description
Lavish Beauty RN sends text messages to existing patients who have consented to receive them. Consent is collected in two separate, independent categories, and you receive only the categories you agreed to:
- Appointment and service messages. Replies to questions you text us, appointment scheduling and follow-up, and a request for a review following your visit.
- Offers and promotions. Marketing messages, including special offers and a discount during your birthday month.
How you join
You join by providing your mobile number and marking the consent boxes on our printed patient intake form. Each category is a separate choice, and you may agree to one, both, or neither; declining marketing messages does not affect appointment and service messages. Consent to receive text messages of either kind is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and it is not a condition of receiving treatment.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Most patients receive no more than a few messages per month. Conversational messages are sent only in reply to messages you send us.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates apply to messages you send and receive.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages, unless you later opt back in. You may also call us at 480-933-2328 and ask to be removed.

Carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and we cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered.
